• Device type and operating system
• App version
• General usage patterns (features used, session duration)
• Crash reports and error logs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the App's core functionality (storing and displaying your memories)
• Enable sharing and collaboration features
• Process and fulfill printing orders
• Send you notifications (with your permission)

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-leading infrastructure:

• We use Supabase for authentication and data storage
• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS
• Images and content are stored in encrypted cloud storage

Your data may be stored and processed in the European Union or other regions where our service providers operate, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Sharing Your Information

Collaborators

When you share your deck using a share link, collaborators can access the content in that deck. Be mindful of who you share links with.

Service Providers

We work with trusted third parties:

• Supabase (authentication and database hosting)
• Cloud storage providers (image storage)
• Printing partners (for physical card orders)
• Analytics services (to understand App usage)

Printing Services

When you order printed cards, your content is shared with our printing partners. Staff members will see your content during:

• Print preparation and quality control
• Card cutting and sorting
• Packaging and shipping

All staff handling your content are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fiftytwo or others.

5. Your Rights

You have control over your data. You can:

• Access your personal data through the App
• Download your content and memories
• Update or correct your account information
• Delete individual cards or entire decks
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Revoke collaborator access to your decks
• Opt out of notifications

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete content or your account:

• Deleted content is removed within 30 days
• Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days
• Some data may be retained if required by law

Data related to completed print orders may be retained for accounting and legal purposes.

7. Notifications

With your permission, we may send you:

• Weekly reminders to capture your memories
• Notifications when collaborators add content
• Updates about your print orders

You can manage notification preferences in your device settings or within the App. We will always send essential service communications (e.g., security alerts, major terms changes).

8. Children's Privacy

Fiftytwo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

11. Cookies and Tracking

The mobile App does not use cookies. We may use local storage on your device to remember preferences and improve performance. Our web services may use essential cookies for authentication.

12. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.
